• Proofreading – $0.0035 per word
• Formatting – Starting at $35 for basic ebook formatting, and $75 for print.
• Uploading to Vendor Sites – Hourly rate applies, includes Apple iBooks, Amazon, B&N, Nook, Kobo, Smashwords, Draft2Digital, and Ingram.
• Series Bible – $50 per book (up to 80,000 words. May be additional charges for longer books.)
