Your website is an important marketing tool, and keeping it up-to-date can take precious time from your writing. Let me take care of it for you! I can help by adding new release information, buy links to your books, keeping your plugins updated and more! I’m highly-proficient with WordPress sites, however, I’ve also worked with other sites including WiX, Square Space, and more.

Email Management
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr)

Is your inbox overflowing with unanswered mail? I can help you organize your inbox by sorting and prioritizing emails for you to answer, reply to fan mail, and answer reader questions – saving you time to get back to writing!

Newsletter/Mailing List Management
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr)

Mailing lists are SO important, but sometimes figuring out how to get them to do what you want can be confusing and time-consuming. I can save you time by creating an account, setting up lists, setting up automation workflows, and creating templates for your newsletters. I can also organize and format the newsletters and schedule them for you. You provide the content, and I can take care of the rest!

Light Graphic Design
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr). Additional fee for image may be included, if applicable.

Do you need updated banners for Facebook, or Twitter, or other social media pages? Or how about a 3D book image of your latest release for your website? Let me save you time by creating banners and promo images for social media, 3D book images, Bookbub Ad images, and other minor graphics.

ARC and ARC team management
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

You’ve got a new release coming out soon and need to send ARCs to your team, but it takes so much time to figure out which members reviewed and which ones didn’t! Don’t stress – I can assist by managing your ARC team, sending digital review copies to the ARC members (or links if you use InstaFreebie or BookFunnel), and reminding them to leave reviews on release day. I will also keep track of reviews so you know which members are active and those who aren’t.

Updating Amazon Author Pages and Other Vendor Accounts
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

If you’re selling books on Amazon, you need an Amazon Author Page so all your fans can find you, follow you, and see what else you’ve written. I can help create and maintain your page by adding books, updating bio, adding links, videos, etc. I can also assist with these tasks on other vendor accounts, including Kobo, Apple Books, B&N, Smashwords, Google Play, and Draft2Digital.

Keyword Research
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

Ever found yourself spending hours trying to find better or new keywords for your books? Let me help you out of the keyword rabbit hole! Using KDP Rocket, I can help you compile a list of keywords and categories for your books to use on various vendor sites, including Google Play and Amazon.

Create and Maintain Calendar
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

Need help keeping track of deadlines, events, when to post on your blog, send out newsletters, book signings, guest posts, promotions and all the little other things that need to be done? I can create and update a calendar for you with tasks and reminders to help keep you organized and on top of your to-do list.

Sales Tracking and Minor Miscellaneous Accounting
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

Tracking sales for your books can be tedious and time-consuming. Not to mention keeping up with expenses for that end-of-year visit with your tax person. Let me handle keeping up with your sales numbers and even help you with some light bookkeeping.

Updating Book Details on Distributor Sites
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).

(Information provided by the author.) I can save you time by changing keywords, categories, book descriptions, pricing, entering dates and setting up KDP Select promotions on various distribution sites.

Media Kits
Hourly rate applies ($35/hr).
